Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

  • If you purchase a product from the Tap World Website, we provide an easy return policy within 7 days from the date of the Invoice.
  • We dispatch thousands of shipments daily with damage-free packaging and utmost care. Nonetheless, you may return it under the following conditions:
    1. Package Tampering: If the package appears tampered with or opened.
    2. Incorrect Product: If a different product is delivered instead of what was ordered.
    3. Damaged Product: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

For Tampered Packages:

Before accepting the delivery, carefully inspect the package for any signs of tampering. If you suspect that the package is tampered with or not intact, you can reject the package at the time of delivery. Tampering noticed after accepting the package will not be eligible for return or refund.

For Incorrect or Damaged Products:

If we send a different product or if the product is in a damaged condition and you need to request a return and refund, you must provide a video of the unboxing process. Without this unboxing video, your return and refund request will not be accepted.

Steps to Take an Unboxing Video:

  1. Start Recording: Begin recording before you start opening the package.
  2. Packaging Integrity: Ensure the package is sealed properly and shows no signs of tampering before starting the video.
  3. Address Label: Clearly show the address label on the package in the video to verify it matches your order.
  4. Entire Process: Ensure the video captures the entire process of opening the package.
  5. Sequential Order: The video must show the unboxing process in a continuous, unbroken sequence. Any evidence of the package being opened prior to recording will result in the rejection of the return request.
  6. Product Inspection: Show the product in its original condition immediately after unboxing. Any signs of deliberate damage or usage will result in the rejection of the return request.
  7. Close-Up Shots: Focus on any damages or discrepancies, showing them clearly in the video.

  • We do not offer a trial period for our products. Please ensure you make an informed decision before purchasing.
  • Returns based on personal preference (e.g., color, size, style) are not accepted unless there is an error in the order fulfillment.
  • If you get an SMS claiming that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the Tap World staff within 24 hours of receiving the email/SMS confirming delivery.
  • All returns are processed within 7 days from the date of the return request. Please contact Tap World Customer Support if you have any questions about your return.
  • Only unused items with original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Customized Products purchased by customers are non-refundable/non-returnable.
  • Shipping charges on the order will not be refunded in case of return of the product.

Refund Policy

  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the merchandise.
  • Reimbursements will be credited to your bank account, the details of which will be requested from you after we receive the return request.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order, you can log in to your Tap World Account and cancel within 24 hours from the date of placing your order.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted once the purchase has been dispatched.
  • In case of repeated order cancellations or returns, Tap World reserves the right to refuse future transactions.
