Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Product Availability

Tap World offers its products only in a limited number of cities and in a limited number of pin codes within those cities within India.

2. How Does the Delivery Process Work?

  1. In-stock orders received by noon Indian Standard Time between Monday to Saturday will usually ship the next working day. If the order is received after 1:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time or on Sundays, or public holidays, it will usually be shipped in 2 working days. All deliveries shall be done through our third-party delivery partner.
  2. Further, there may be occasions when Tap World confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Tap World will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

3. What are the Delivery Charges?

Delivery charges will be notified upon product checkout.

4. What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

  1. Once your order has been booked, you shall not be permitted to alter your delivery address. In case of any issues, please contact Tap World.
  2. Items in your order may ship at different times, depending on their availability.
  3. Tap World will make every effort to process orders within due time. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather conditions, unforeseen events, or force majeure situations. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, the geographic location and your shipping destination, and the courier partner’s time to deliver in your location.
  4. Upon purchase, you may receive your order within 7-10 business days. Nevertheless, delivery can take more than ten business days in remote areas depending on the billing address.
  5. To ensure the security of purchases, Tap World may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to the distribution center and inventory availability.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, delivery periods are estimates and should not be construed as guarantees, and Tap World shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or failure to deliver within such periods.

5. What is the Order Status?

  1. Following the dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with details of the tracking number and the delivery partner handling your order.
  2. You can track the status of your package from the tracking link.

6. Shipping Outside India

As of right now, Tap World does not offer international shipping.

7. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

8. I Did Not Receive My Order But Got a Delivery Confirmation SMS/Email.

In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for Tap World to investigate.

9. Missing Delivery

If you are not at home when the delivery partner attempts to deliver your order, you can contact the delivery partner directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date. Despite that, if the delivery partner cannot complete the delivery or the recipient cannot accept the order two times in a row, the goods will be returned back to Tap World and refunded to the original method of payment.
